How can we help?

Choose a court case review when you have a complete index number. Choose a general inquiry when you need information or want to speak with someone.

Choose a request type

Enter the information exactly as it appears on your court papers. The county, complete index number and year, name, and full property address must match the court record for the fastest review. Missing or different information may delay the review and require manual verification.

Copy these details directly from your court papers whenever possible. If the information does not match the official record, the request will be held for manual review.

See our Privacy Policy for how submitted information is collected, used and protected.

After submitting: We will email you a confirmation. If this is your first email from us, please check your Spam or Junk folder and mark the message as safe.

Your foreclosure case

Still waiting for a callback about your foreclosure?

It’s frustrating to leave messages at a law office, repeat your story, and still wonder what’s happening with your home. Share your index number or property address. A foreclosure specialist will check the available court records before reaching out to explain what they found in plain English.

What happens after you submit?

We aim to contact you within 72 hours. Timing may vary depending on access to official court records and third-party court systems.

Before you begin

Clear answers, without the legal fog.

What if I don’t know or haven’t received an index number?

Use the property-information option. Provide your full name, property address, county, contact information, and section / block / lot if known so a specialist can try to locate the available public record.

Where do I find my index number?

Look near the top of a summons and complaint, foreclosure notice, or other court paper. It may be labeled “Index No.” or “Index Number.”

Does submitting information hire an attorney?

No. An inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any legal representation, services, and fees must be discussed and agreed to separately.

Can everything be handled from home?

Many routine intake and follow-up steps can be handled remotely. However, a court or attorney may require documents, action, or an appearance in a particular case.

What if an auction or court date is close?

Do not wait for a website response. Flag the date immediately and seek prompt guidance from a New York-licensed attorney. A case review does not pause deadlines.

Can anyone guarantee that the home will be saved?

No. Outcomes depend on the facts, available options, lender decisions, and the court process. No result should be guaranteed.
